Texas Tavern Salsa Chicken
- 2 ½ lbs. chicken breast
- 1 Jar Mrs. Renfro’s Craft Beer Salsa
- Sliced avocado, queso fresco and cabbage, for garnish
- Place chicken in slow cooker
- Pour salsa over chicken
- Cook on HIGH, 4 hours
- Shred chicken and add back to slow cooker to absorb more liquid (about 10 minutes)
- Prepare bread of choice, bun, tortillas, etc.
- Top bread with shredded chicken, avocado, queso fresco and cabbage.
