Black Bean Salsa Soup


  • 1 cup pork or chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 jar Mrs. Renfro's Black Bean Salsa
  • 1/2 can chicken broth (approx. 7 oz)
  • 1/2 can beef broth (approx. 7 oz)
  • Tortillas
  • Grated cheese and sliced avocado


  • Place chicken or pork in a large, heavy saucepan.
  • Add 1 jar Mrs. Renfro's Black Bean Salsa.
  • Add ½ can each of beef and chicken broth.
  • Bring to simmer over medium heat.
  • Garnish with grated cheese and sliced avocado.
  • Serve piping hot with warm tortillas.
