Black Bean Salsa Soup
- 1 cup pork or chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 jar Mrs. Renfro's Black Bean Salsa
- 1/2 can chicken broth (approx. 7 oz)
- 1/2 can beef broth (approx. 7 oz)
- Grated cheese and sliced avocado
- Place chicken or pork in a large, heavy saucepan.
- Add 1 jar Mrs. Renfro's Black Bean Salsa.
- Add ½ can each of beef and chicken broth.
- Bring to simmer over medium heat.
- Garnish with grated cheese and sliced avocado.
- Serve piping hot with warm tortillas.
