Entry Period: The Mrs. Renfro's^® Salsa Product Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open between 12 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on June 8, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. CDT on June 9, 2021 (the “Entry Period”).

Sponsor: Renfro Foods, Inc. d/b/a Mrs. Renfro's, P.O. Box 321, Fort Worth, Texas 76101.

Eligibility: Promotion open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor and employees of Sponsor’s affiliates, marketing agencies, and attorneys, and members of such employees’ immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Entry Period. To enter, during the Entry Period, visit the Mrs. Renfro's^® Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/mrsrenfros/ and post a response in the form of a comment to the post specified by Sponsor. Your comment and users tagged constitutes one (1) entry. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on June 9, 2021 to be considered. Your comment will not be judged and will therefore not increase or decrease your chances of winning the prize. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You may only use one (1) Instagram account to participate in the Promotion. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. One (1) prize recipient will be selected in a random drawing approximately 24-48 hours following the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize: One 4-pack of Mrs. Renfro’s Salsas products for each of the four winners. Approximate retail value: $20.00 USD each. Potential prize recipient will receive a direct message from Sponsor on Instagram requesting they direct message Sponsor with their mailing address for prize fulfillment; prize recipient must provide the requested information within twenty-four (24) hours after being contacted by Sponsor or the entry will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. Prize will be mailed to prize recipient at Sponsor’s expense upon mailing address receipt. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and residency to verify eligibility. Limit of one (1) prize per person per household throughout the Promotion. Entrant information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy which can be viewed at www.renfrofoods.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Comment Conditions: Comments may be removed from the Mrs. Renfro's^® Facebook or Instagram page and the corresponding entry may be deemed void if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a comment (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive; (ii) violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; (iii) depicts or identifies a child that is not the child or legal ward of the entrant; (iv) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons; (v) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; (vi) is obscene or offensive; (vii) contains defamatory or disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other people or companies; (viii) contains personally identifiable information (other than the entrant's name as shown on his/her Facebook profile); (ix) contains materials owned or controlled by others, without permission; (x) communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill with which Sponsor wishes to associate; or (xi) violates any law.

General Conditions: Promotion may be suspended or modified without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or comments, incorrect, changed or non-functioning Facebook or Instagram accounts; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, printer errors, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entry requests, likes, comments or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor' sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential prize recipient from all eligible, non-suspect entries/comments received prior to action taken. By submitting an entry in the Promotion, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, (ii) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Balcom Agency, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") against any liability for any bodily injuries, property damages, claims, costs, losses, damages, and/or other liabilities of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of a prize, and (iii) Sponsor and its agents are entitled (but not required) to use and publish your name and your entry comment, including any photos or videos associated with same, for its own marketing and promotional purposes throughout the world in any media. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION OR THE PRIZES. SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its provisions on conflicts of law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules, or any of the subject matter released herein, exclusive venue will lie in Tarrant County, Texas.
