Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) jar Mrs. Renfro’s Chipotle Corn Salsa
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
- Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl.
- Mix until the base is smooth.
- Fold in the Mrs. Renfro’s Chipotle Corn Salsa, cotija cheese, cilantro and lime juice.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
