Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz.) jar Mrs. Renfro’s Chipotle Corn Salsa
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl.
