- 2-3 lbs. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 jar Mrs. Renfro's Mango Habanero Salsa
- Place shrimp in shallow, non-porous dish.
- Cover shrimp with half jar of salsa. Reserve other half jar of salsa for basting and serving.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Remove shrimp from marinade, then discard marinade.
- Preheat grill.
- Baste shrimp with salsa while grilling.
- Serve with additional salsa on the side.
