Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup Mrs. Renfro’s Peach Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
