Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 1/2 cup Mrs. Renfro’s Peach Salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
