Roasted Salsa

The first time I bought Renfro's Roasted Salsa was when I happened to pick it up at my local grocery. I like roasted flavors, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was having company over and they love Tex-Mex. When I opened that first jar and tasted I thought, "This may be the best salsa I've every eaten...anywhere, including restaurants." I took a second and third and fourth bite and was totally hooked! The real test would come when I served my guests who are both from Texas. I served a couple of different salsas with chips and veggies as an appetizer. After some conversation, they paused and asked, "What is this salsa and where did you get it?" It was the roasted salsa. That first jar was gobbled up in no time. When I went back to my grocery store, the salsa shelves were full, except for one spot...the Roasted Salsa. I was able to grab a few jars from time to time on future visits, but this stuff was being discovered by others who like it just as much as we do. I decided to find out if I could order the salsa directly from the company. I was delighted (and relieved) to find that I could do that. I have ordered directly from the company now about four or five times. It's a great value, too. Great pricing and great service. The order arrives surprisingly quickly and is packaged securely. As a side note...the packaging is not only sturdy and secure, it is also entertaining. I actually hung on to the box to show others the clever packaging. Anyway, I am a more than satisfied customer who will continue ordering this yummy salsa to serve to my family and friends. I can't recommend it enough to others. Thanks, Renfro family! I know every store cannot carry every salsa, but if the store doesn't have the roasted salsa and chow chow, it's of no use to me. The roasted salsa is what I get my son for a stocking stuffer and its required at our home at all times because it's good on everything. Retailers should know the roasted salsa has a following, and we are loyal shoppers! Go Roasted or Go home!

This is one of my favorite Salsa/Hot Sauces. The Roasted Salsa tastes like
you put some of your tomatoes, onions and peppers on the grill before you
make the salsa. Great with tortilla chips or adding a few spoonfuls in your
guacamole.

The Roasted Salsa is one of my favorite Renfro's Salsa...and that's really like Sophie's choice for me as every Renfro's salsa I've tried is for that moment my favorite. The smokiness of this salsa adds everything you need to the perfect tortilla chip - BUT it also is delicious made with your favorite recipes! I love to use it in the slow cooker with my chicken breast - SUPER healthy but more importantly SUPER delicious meal for the entire family!
